AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF MARION COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO ANNUALLY CONTRIBUTE MONEY TO THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA AND THE GIRL SCOUTS OF AMERICA; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Marion County, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute to the Boy Scouts of America, out of any available funds, an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) annually.
SECTION 2. The Board of Supervisors of Marion County, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute to the Girl Scouts of America, out of any available funds, an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) annually.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
